Location: Dallas, TX
Type: Private Residence — Primary Bathroom & Storage Redesign
Style: Eclectic Modern

Story:
This project began with a challenge: transform a compact, outdated layout into a serene, storage-rich retreat — without disrupting the home’s main plumbing lines. The clients, a stylish Dallas couple with a love for character and comfort, dreamed of a space that reflected their personality while meeting practical needs: two shower fixtures, a spacious vanity for two, a separate toilet room, hidden laundry with room for vacuum cleaners, dog food, and linens — all within a tight footprint and budget.

To make it work, we zoned strategically: tile only in wet areas, walls in Farrow & Ball’s Vert de Terre (No. 234) in Primary Bedroom, and custom cabinetry tucked into every available niche. I avoided stark whites — opting instead for natural textures and earthy colors that brought warmth without compromising brightness.

A dark snake-patterned rug grounds the room with boldness, while a mural behind the bed blooms with natural motifs. Raisin-colored curtains and golden ochre accents finish the palette with quiet drama.
The result? A space that feels intentional, expressive, and unmistakably theirs.
